Which payment method should I use?

Most makers buying a single desktop extractor should just check out with a card. Wire transfer exists for the orders where cards get awkward — multi-unit builds, school and university purchase orders, and distributor container loads.

Paying by Bank Wire (T/T)

Choose Bank Transfer (T/T) at checkout — no card details required. We email a formal PDF commercial invoice with our full beneficiary bank details within one business hour, and your units stay reserved while you arrange the transfer.

1

Place the order

Add your units to the cart and select Bank Transfer (T/T) at checkout. Your order is created with a Pending status and your stock is held.

2

Receive your invoice

Within one business hour (Mon–Sat, 9:00–18:00 GMT+8) we email a PDF commercial invoice with our bank details, SWIFT code and your order number as the reference.

3

Send the transfer

Instruct your bank to send the invoice total in USD, quoting your order number. Email us the wire confirmation (MT103) so we can start processing immediately.

4

We ship

On payment confirmation we mark the order paid and dispatch from the US warehouse. Tracking arrives by email the same day.

Before you send a wire

Four things that prevent almost every delay we see on international transfers.

Select “sender pays all charges” (OUR). Intermediary banks deduct fees en route. If charges are shared, the amount arriving is short of the invoice total and we cannot release the order until the balance is settled.

Transfer in USD only. Payments in other currencies may be rejected or returned by our bank, which costs both sides another 3–5 days.

Quote your order number in the reference field. This is how we match your payment within minutes instead of hours.

Email us the MT103 or transfer receipt. In many cases this lets us begin picking and packing before funds fully settle.

Fraud warning — please read

We never change our bank details by email after your invoice is issued. If you receive any message asking you to wire funds to a different account — even if it appears to come from us — do not pay it. Contact us directly at info@zxhbco.com or by WhatsApp to verify first.

Why we prefer wire on large orders

Card networks charge a percentage of every transaction. On a multi-unit equipment order that is real money — money we would rather put into your freight or your spare filter set than hand to a processor. Wire transfer carries no processing fee for either of us, which is why it is our recommended route above $1,000.

Need a formal quotation or PO first?

Schools, universities, makerspaces and companies with procurement processes usually need a quotation on letterhead before a PO can be raised. Tell us the models and quantities and we will issue one the same business day.

Buying for resale?

Distributor and OEM pricing runs on wire transfer or letter of credit depending on volume and Incoterms.

Payment questions

Is card checkout secure?
Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider with 3-D Secure authentication. We never see or store your full card number — it does not touch our servers.
How long do I have to pay a wire invoice?
We hold stock for seven calendar days from the invoice date. If your procurement cycle needs longer, just tell us — institutional purchasing timelines are normal in this category and we will extend the hold rather than release your units.
Can I pay a deposit and the balance before shipping?
For industrial systems and container orders, yes. Deposit terms are set out in the quotation. For in-stock desktop units we ask for payment in full, since they ship within days of clearing.
Do you offer net payment terms?
Net terms are available case by case for established distributors and institutional buyers with a purchase history. Contact us with your requirements and trade references.
How do refunds work?
Card refunds are returned to the original card. Wire payments are refunded by wire to the originating account — please note that bank charges on the return transfer are deducted from the refunded amount, as they are levied by the banks rather than by us. Full conditions are in our refund policy.
Which currency will I be charged in?
All prices and invoices are in USD. Card issuers outside the United States may apply their own foreign transaction fee; that fee is set by your bank, not by us.
Can I pay in person or on collection?
We ship from a warehouse rather than a retail counter, so all orders are prepaid before dispatch. For trade shows and demo units, contact us directly.
