Serious Extraction for OMTech & Thunder CO2 Lasers

Challenge: The bundled inline fan simply pushed leather and acrylic smoke out a cracked door, drawing complaints from neighboring units and failing the landlord's air requirements.

Outcome: The FS400's 400 m³/h at 8,000 Pa captures at the laser's 100 mm outlet and recirculates filtered air, so nothing visible or smelly leaves the unit. The shop kept its lease and stopped venting outdoors entirely.

Challenge: The bigger tube and larger bed roughly doubled smoke volume; the existing hobby-grade filter box choked within days and suction faded mid-shift.

Outcome: The FS500's 500 m³/h at 10,000 Pa held capture velocity through full production shifts. The shop now stocks filter sets on a scheduled swap instead of reacting to failures mid-job.
