1. Who you are contracting with

This website is operated by DONGGUAN PURE-AIR TECH CO., LIMITED, a company
registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region under Business
Registration number 61291933, with its registered office at Unit 1406A, 14/F,
The Belgian Bank Building, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong ("PURE-AIR", "we", "us",
"our"). Throughout this document, "Site" means www.pureairfumeextractor.com and
"Services" means everything we make available through it.

By visiting the Site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service,
including the policies referenced in them. If you do not agree, please do not use
the Site. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on
this page; your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept it.

2. Eligibility and acceptable use

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence to buy from
us, or have the consent of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our
products for any unlawful purpose, not to transmit worms, viruses or destructive
code to the Site, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its
systems, and not to scrape, copy or resell Site content without our written
permission. Breach of this section terminates your right to use the Services.

3. Products, quotes and pricing

Products
Some products are sold online at the price shown on their page. Industrial
extraction systems, replacement filter sets and adapter kits are quoted
individually, because the correct specification depends on your machine, the
materials you process and your duty cycle. Where a product is quote-only, its
page says so and invites you to request a quote.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colours and images accurately, but
we cannot guarantee that your screen reproduces them exactly. Product
specifications, including airflow, suction and filter capacity, are stated at
nominal operating conditions and may vary in your installation depending on
ducting length, hood design and the material you process.

Prices
All prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and exclude shipping and
any import duties or taxes payable at the destination. Prices displayed at
checkout include all charges we will make; nothing is added after you confirm
payment. We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order
you have already paid for, or a written quote within its stated validity period.

Quotes
A written quote from us is valid for 30 days unless it states otherwise, and sets
out the specification, price, freight cost and lead time. A quote is an offer
from us that you may accept; it is not a contract until you accept it and we
confirm the order.

Errors
Occasionally a price or product description on the Site may be wrong. Where an
error is obvious and material, we are not obliged to sell at the erroneous price.
If we discover an error after you have paid, we will contact you promptly with the
choice of proceeding at the corrected price or receiving a full refund, and we
will not charge you the difference without your agreement.

Availability
We may limit quantities, restrict sales to particular regions, or discontinue a
product at any time. Products offered online may have limited stock.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you an order
confirmation. We may decline an order — for example where the product is
unavailable, where our fraud screening flags the transaction, or where we cannot
ship to your address — and if we decline after payment we refund you in full.

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete purchase and account
information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your order and contact you
if needed.

We accept payment by credit and debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer (T/T) for
larger orders. Payment is processed by our payment providers; we do not store your
full card details. Card payments are authorised at the time of order.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery times, shipping costs, customs charges and what happens if a shipment is
damaged or lost are set out in our Shipping Policy:

Your 7-day return window, who pays return shipping, refund timing, warranty

Both policies form part of these Terms.

Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier. Title to the goods passes
to you when we receive payment in full.

6. Installation, intended use and safety

Our extractors are designed to capture fumes and particulate from laser cutting,
engraving, marking and soldering. They are not designed for, and must not be used
for, extracting flammable vapour concentrations, explosive dust, oxygen-enriched
atmospheres, or the products of combustion from an open fire.

You are responsible for selecting a unit rated for your application, for
installing it in accordance with the manual and applicable local regulations, and
for replacing filters at appropriate intervals. Filtration performance depends on
filter condition: a saturated filter does not protect you. Where you are unsure
which unit suits your process, ask us before ordering — that is what our
engineering support is for.

Nothing on the Site is a substitute for a workplace risk assessment or for
compliance with your local occupational health and safety requirements.

7. Your submissions

If you send us product ideas, suggestions, reviews or other material, you agree
that we may use, edit, publish and distribute it in any medium without
restriction and without payment to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of
what you send, must not send anything that infringes a third party's rights or
is unlawful, defamatory or abusive, and must not impersonate anyone else. We may
remove content that breaches this section, but we are not obliged to monitor
submissions.

Product reviews you submit are published through Judge.me and are visible
publicly. We do not edit the substance of reviews and we do not publish reviews
we have written ourselves or paid for.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites and resources, such as video hosting or
the review platform. Those sites are not under our control and we are not
responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Review their terms and
privacy policies before using them.

9. Accuracy of Site information

We work to keep Site content accurate but do not warrant that it is
error-free, complete or current. Content is provided for general information and
should not be relied upon as your only basis for a decision. Where we publish
historical information, it is necessarily accurate only as of its date, and we
are under no obligation to update it.

10. Warranty and liability

Products are supplied with the manufacturer's warranty and with any statutory
guarantees that apply where you live. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits
your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal
injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, the Services and the Site are provided "as is" and "as
available", and we do not warrant that your use of them will be uninterrupted or
error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect,
incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost production time or
loss of data, and our total liability arising from any order is limited to the
amount you paid for that order.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us and our officers, employees and suppliers against any
third-party claim arising from your breach of these Terms or of the law.

12. Termination and severability

These Terms are effective until terminated by you or by us. If any provision is
found unenforceable, it is severed to the minimum extent necessary and the
remaining provisions continue in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not
a waiver of it.

13. Governing law

These Terms and any separate agreement by which we supply Services are governed
by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China, and you irrevocably
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region. Your order is processed under the laws of the Hong Kong
Special Administrative Region. Nothing in this clause removes any mandatory
consumer protection right available to you under the law of your country of
residence.
