🌐 Voltage & Region Notice
- • Every PURE-AIR extractor runs on multi-voltage input: 90–110 V and 210–257 V, 1-phase, 50/60 Hz — the same unit works in the US, EU, UK, JP and AU without a transformer.
- • US orders ship with a standard NEMA 5-15 (US) plug; other regional plugs available on request.
- • Central D-series systems (5.5 kW+) require 3-phase supply — our engineers confirm your site voltage during quoting.
🚚 Shipping Policy
- • Processing: orders leave our US warehouse within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days — if your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
- • Delivery: small units (weight less than 40 kg) arrive in 3–7 business days via ground carrier, free in the contiguous US.
- • Industrial units (PA-FS400 and up) ship by freight (LTL) on a pallet — we coordinate a delivery appointment with you.
- • A tracking email is sent the moment your order ships.
- • AK / HI / PR and international destinations: contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.
- • Need to cancel or adjust? Email sales@pureairfumeextractor.com right away and we'll do our best. We can't change an order once it has shipped; requests received before shipping can be cancelled or adjusted.
↩ Refund & Return Policy
- • 7-day returns — request a return within 7 days of delivery, on unused units in original packaging.
- • Start a return by emailing sales@pureairfumeextractor.com for an RMA number — please don't ship anything back without one.
- • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection.
- • Opened filter sets, and custom-configured industrial systems, are not returnable.
- • Every unit ships with an intelligent control system and passes per-unit factory QC before packing.
